Starting his real estate career as an investor, Ted knows better than most the investor mindset of buying low and selling high. The truth is that most homes do not need to be sold “as-is” to an investor. The “leave what you want”, “don’t fix anything”, “all cash”, “fast or flexible closing” is attractive, yet blinding. You could be leaving thousands of dollars on the table.  

You greatly improve the odds of a successful home sale when you use a LICENSED and EXPERIENCED real estate agent. Bare minimum, REALTORS® are supposed to adhere to a code of ethics and have someone to answer to if they don’t adhere to them. They have invested in schooling and require continuing education and criminal activity reporting, every 2 years.  That very nice and seemingly caring yet unlicensed investor, can‘t make that claim. Not even close.
